MISSION

We are looking for a Junior Staff Accountant with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to join our client’s team. This role is to work for a leading property management company dedicated to providing high-quality rental experiences for tenants and property owners alike.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping.

• Maintain accurate general ledgers and record journal entries.

• Classify and track income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.

• Prepare internal financial reports for tax planning and compliance.

• Collaborate with tax staff, legal team, and project managers.

• Ensure all records are timely, accurate, and audit-ready.

Requirements

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Consistent ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with trust accounting and GAAP is preferred.
  
• Have great English written and spoken.
