About WAYPOINT
WAYPOINT operates licensed ecommerce stores for some of the world's most recognized gaming and entertainment brands. We build products, launch collections, manage stores, coordinate licensors, and drive sales across multiple Shopify storefronts.
We are building a high-accountability ecommerce organization designed to scale. We are looking for operators who take ownership, solve problems, move quickly, and care deeply about execution quality.
This is not a coordinator role.
This is not a project manager role.
This is a store ownership role.
Role Overview
Each Ecommerce Producer owns specific stores from end to end.
Think of yourself as the General Manager of a retail store. You are responsible for what gets launched, the quality of the products, how the store looks, how projects move forward, and ultimately whether things happen on time and at a high standard.
The Producer is the owner of execution.
You are expected to drive work, not wait for instructions.
You identify problems before they become emergencies.
You hold a high standard for quality and organization.
You care about details because details affect customers, licensors, and revenue.

Our Best Producers
Our strongest Producers are not the loudest people in the room.
They are the people who take ownership, stay organized, push projects forward, ask good questions, maintain standards, and reliably get things done.
If you are the type of person who sees a problem and fixes it instead of walking past it, we'd like to talk to you.
