MISSION
Do you want to be part of an exciting company focused on the video game industry? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong communication and organizational skills. You will support our E-commerce team by resolving customer issues.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email with clear, timely, and empathetic communication
- Manage e-commerce orders, including cancellations, address changes, shipping updates, and lost packages
- Use customer support platforms like Freshdesk or Zendesk to track and resolve issues efficiently
- Communicate with warehouse teams and external vendors to ensure smooth order processing
- Coordinate with international carriers to handle shipping questions and delivery resolutions
YOU
- Have a passion for the game industry.
- Consider yourself positive, proactive, open to feedback, and willing to learn and work with the team.
- Have experience in e-commerce environments (Shopify experience is a plus)
- Are familiar with the Shopify platform or quick to learn new tools.
- Bring 5+ years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Have great English written and spoken.
