MISSION
Do you want to be part of an exciting company focused on the video game industry? We are looking for a Community Manager with strong communication skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of online communities. You will be responsible for building, engaging, and nurturing our brand communities across multiple platforms while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Responsibilities
• Manage and engage with the community across social platforms, forums, Discord, and other channels
• Create and publish community-focused content aligned with brand voice and campaigns
• Monitor conversations, respond to comments and messages with clear, timely, and empathetic communication
• Act as the voice of the community internally, gathering feedback and insights to share with the team
• Coordinate with marketing, creative, and production teams to support launches and campaigns
• Moderate community spaces and enforce guidelines to maintain a positive and inclusive environment
• Track community sentiment, engagement, and growth, and report key insights
YOU
• Have a passion for the video game industry and online communities
• Consider yourself positive, proactive, open to feedback, and willing to learn and work with the team
• Have experience managing communities for brands, games, or digital products
• Are comfortable using social media management and community tools (Discord, Reddit, social platforms, etc.)
• Bring 3–5+ years of experience in community management, social media, or a related role
• Have excellent English written and spoken communication skills
