Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities within the video game industry, particularly with publishers and studios.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their creative talent needs.
- Develop tailored proposals to secure long-term partnerships with video game publishers.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the recruitment strategy for creative services roles, ensuring we attract top talent for our video game industry clients.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide variety of positions, including artists, designers, writers, and other creative roles.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project needs and deliver creative professionals who meet their expectations.
3. Delivery Management:
- Oversee the delivery of recruitment solutions, ensuring clients’ needs are met on time and with the highest quality.
- Act as the main point of contact for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Manage ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with our services and identifying areas for growth and improvement.
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure alignment with client needs and business goals.
- Help shape the recruitment strategies and delivery models as part of the company’s leadership team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a recruitment agency or talent acquisition role, ideally within the video game or creative industries.
- Strong business development skills, with a track record of securing and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Passion for the video game industry, with knowledge of creative roles (artists, designers, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
