We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Operations Coordinator to support our team in various capacities, including social media marketing, executive assistance, and recruiting. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and has a passion for the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• 50% Social Media Marketing:
  • Develop, schedule, and manage content across our social media platforms.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to inform future campaigns and strategies.
• 50% Admin:
  • Provide administrative support to executives,
  • Provide HR support to the president
  • Research

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative and/or marketing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media platforms
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual: good English Oral and written
• A passion for the gaming industry is a must
